The Israeli Ministry of Justice has published a new list of Palestinian prisoners who are expected to be released in the first phase of the ceasefire agreement. This is reported by The Times of Israel.
According to him, the new list, released after the Israeli government approved the ceasefire agreement, included the names of more than 700 Palestinian prisoners, including those serving sentences for terrorism and murder. The list also includes members of the radical organizations Hamas and Islamic Jihad, as well as members of the Palestinian political organization Fatah, which plays a major role in the West Bank. The ministry said in a statement that the first batch of prisoners under the Gaza agreement will be released on January 19. on Sunday at 16:00 local time.
