The 36-year-old man who called 911 on the night of January 13 reported that he had hit his neighbor and asked for an ambulance and the police to come.
As a result of the measures taken, it was found that the 36-year-old man had an argument with 55-year-old Armen V., who is registered in Yerevan, at one of the addresses in Banavan district of Nor Geghi village. The men hit each other, and in the process, the 36-year-old man hit Armen V. with a kitchen knife, as a result of which he died.
The 36-year-old man was arrested and transferred to the Nairi Community Police Department. The knife, the instrument of the crime, was found.
