On January 7, in the village of Vinogradovka, Amur region, a teenager was poisoned by alcoholic cocktails and died, a source of REN TV said.
Law enforcers have started an investigation.
"On the evening of January 6, the 16-year-old boy drank alcoholic cocktails with his friends.
The next morning, he suddenly felt bad," said the source of the TV channel.
An ambulance was called for the young man, but he died on the way to the hospital. The preliminary cause of death was intoxication from surrogate alcohol.
