A resident of Kherson region killed his wife due to jealousy and political differences. This was reported by the press service of the Regional Investigative Committee.
The incident took place in the village of Chaplinka. The husband and the wife drank together and argued for a moment.
"Due to jealousy and political differences, the attacker hit the woman's vital organs many times," the department said.
The woman died on the spot from her injuries. The man was detained. A case was initiated against him under the article "Murder".
During the interrogation, he admitted his guilt.
According to Euromedia, the Investigative Committee added that soon the court will choose a restraining order against the criminal.
