The Minister of Internal Affairs presented a group of patrolmen with the first ranks of officers


On December 30, Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan, Chief of Police-Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Aram Hovhannisyan, Head of Patrol Service Artur Khudinyan awarded first officer ranks to 27 patrol officers.
