Today, December 30, an emergency happened in Yerevan.
At around 12:00, the National Center for 9-11 Crisis Management of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia was alerted that there was fire and smoke in one of the apartments on the 5th floor of the Babajanyan 167 building in the Malatia-Sebastia administrative district.
According to reports from the scenephotojournalist Gagik Shamshyan,one combat team from the 1st, 4th, 8th, 12th fire-rescue squads of Yerevan and the 8th fire-rescue squad arrived promptly.
According to preliminary information, the explosion had nothing to do with gas, as several citizens stated that gas was not supplied to the mentioned house.
