On the morning of December 24, the community police of Ashtarak arrested and transferred a 61-year-old man to the department on suspicion of possession and use of illegal drugs.
During a personal search, yellow-green packages and hemp seeds were found in his possession.
The man reported that what was found was marijuana, which he prepared for personal use.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated.
As part of the proceedings, 100 grams of yellow-green mass and 6 cannabis plants were found during the search of the man's house.
An investigation is underway.
