Russia has submitted pre-trial demands to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in connection with anti-Russian discrimination in those countries, said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
"We use all available international judicial mechanisms against unfriendly states that systematically discriminate against Russian compatriots. In particular, the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination of 1965 opens its possibilities. Pre-trial demands have already been submitted to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in connection with the gross violation of the rights of Russians in violation of the mentioned convention," Zakharova said during the briefing.
