Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stated that his country intends to put an end to the activities of terrorist separatist organizations in Syria, which must either lay down their arms or be destroyed.
"We are determined to defeat the terrorist organizations in Syria, especially IS and the Kurdistan Workers' Party (banned in Turkey), which threaten the survival of our two countries.
We are determined to fight terrorist groups in Syria. These separatist criminals will either say goodbye to their weapons or be buried with them in Syrian soil.
We will eliminate the terrorist organization that is trying to build a wall of blood between us and our Kurdish brothers," Erdogan said during his speech before the ruling "Justice and Development" faction of the parliament.
