"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"Last week, the investigative commission on the socio-economic rights of the people of Artsakh convened a meeting. Although the members of the Communist Party rejected the proposal to create a commission, according to the NA regulations, it is considered to have been created by force of law, but the composition has not been formed. The NA opposition has decided to bring that commission to life and convene meetings with its own team, invite responsible people from the relevant departments, and try to find a solution to the problems of the people of Artsakh.
In the inaugural session, they decided to form sub-committees or sub-groups, to appoint responsible persons, also in the field of citizenship, housing, and political issues, which will deal with the propaganda of advancing the Artsakh issue as a subject of negotiations. Members of the Artsakh Parliament Metakse Hakobyan, Davit Galstyan, Ashot Danielyan from "Free Motherland" and the Minister of Social Affairs of Artsakh also took part in the meeting.
