A new charge has been brought against Ruben Hayrapetyan, lawyer Amram Makinyan stated at a press conference, stating that it is a political persecution and there is nothing new.
"The criminal case is initiated not against a person, but on a fact, but the situation here is different.
The study of around 30 volumes of this criminal case gives me the basis to definitely come to the conviction, once again documented to make sure that the criminal case was initiated against the person of Ruben Hayrapetyan, and not in connection with any fact", the lawyer noted.
