By order of the President of Ukraine, new ambassadors were appointed in Slovenia, the heads of diplomatic missions in Rwanda and Lithuania were replaced, new ambassadors were appointed in Hungary, Congo and the Philippines, and the ambassador in Indonesia was dismissed.
