As soon as the plane landed, I turned on my phone. Joining and a downpour of jingles was one thing. It always happens when you go offline for hours, but this time there was a lot of rain. I opened the first "message" and it was clear. Victory.
As it is known, the "Mother Armenia" faction, represented by Samvel Hakobyan, a member of the Council of Elders, and Vahe Grigoryan, a representative of our interests (Grigoryan is a senior partner of the "Novalex" law office), filed a lawsuit against the increase in the price of parking spaces with red and blue dotted lines. We demanded to recognize as illegal the shameful decision of the sudden price increase, which was adopted by the 2.5-unit coalition of the Yerevan Council of Elders ("Civil Agreement", "Republic" and those subjected to trafficking). In other words, we demanded to cancel the price increase decision. The court considered our demand right, the decision of the city government wrong. The price increase of 160,000 drams has been cancelled. I congratulate everyone.
The official representative of the municipality announced that he will appeal the court's decision, but we will not sit idly by either. We will protect the interests of citizens in all matters. Ahead is the fight against the increase in the price of transport. And the main battle is ahead. Clean the CPC, along with its leader, from Armenia.
