German Chancellor Olaf Scholz had a telephone conversation with US President-elect Donald Trump. During the conversation, the parties admitted that the conflict in Ukraine has been going on for "too long" and it is time to find a way to peace. This was announced by the official representative of the German Cabinet of Ministers, Steffen Hebstreit.
"During the discussion, attention was mainly paid to the issues of security policy in Europe. Scholz and Trump have agreed on the issue that it is necessary to find a fair and stable peace path in Ukraine as soon as possible," said Hebestreit.
