The Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia issued a decision by which the decision to set the rates for parking in Yerevan's parking lots, adopted by the Yerevan Council of Elders and set from January 1 of this year, was declared invalid. Hayk Kostanyan, spokesperson of the municipality, announced.
"To avoid further manipulations, we inform:
. The court's decision has not entered into force and will be appealed by the municipality within the specified one-month period.
. Previously paid amounts are not subject to return even if the decision made by the court comes into force," he said.
