Shots were fired in Sukhum, near the parliament building of Abkhazia, reports Sputnik Abkhazia, citing the deputy general prosecutor of the republic.
"The investigative team has left for the scene," the agency's telegram channel says.
According to the information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Abkhazia, two deputies were injured. As explained by the Ministry of Health, they are Kan Kvarchia and Vakhtangi Golandzia. Both were injured and are in the intensive care unit of the Republican Hospital.
