The Ministry of Internal Affairs informs that on December 18, at 5:57 p.m., a report was received by the Nairi community police department that an emergency team went to the yard of one of the buildings on Tumanyan Street in Nor Hachni, where there is a murdered young man :
"As a result of the measures taken, it was found that during an argument in front of the building, a 19-year-old resident of Nor Hachn stabbed a fellow citizen, 25-year-old Talyan Musoyan, as a result of which he died.
As a result of the explanatory work of the officers of the Kotayk Regional Department of the Criminal Police and the Nairi Department of the Community Police, the 19-year-old resident of Nor Hachn appeared at the Nairi Department and confessed to the crime.
He was arrested and presented with the prepared documents to the body conducting the proceedings.
The knife was seized. Criminal proceedings have been initiated for the murder," the report said.
