"Azerbaijan replied that it can provide emergency aid in the amount of 250-300 MW. Georgia replied that they cannot promise in advance, but they will make a decision depending on the situation," said Panina of the Renewable Energy Development Association. Panina also noted that there have already been electricity supplies from Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation. Earlier, Panina reported that Russia has appealed to Azerbaijan and Georgia about the possibility of electricity supplies during emergency regimes.
