Russian immigration authorities may deport to Armenia the parents of a schoolboy who committed a stabbing in one of the Krasnodar schools, RIA Novosti reports, citing its source in the law enforcement agencies.
The incident took place on December 6, two teenagers were stabbed. A criminal case was opened under articles of negligence and hooliganism. At the moment, all the injured children have been discharged from the hospital.
The court rejected the arrest of the schoolboy suspected of hooliganism. A preventive measure was chosen against him, the prohibition of certain actions, for example, he is not allowed to go to school and use the Internet.
Part 1 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of entry and residence in the Russian Federation) is being considered for his parents. Violation of the article provides for an administrative fine of up to 5 thousand rubles and deportation from the Russian Federation.
