"The events that took place in Syria will be analyzed a lot, and their consequences will be felt for a long time, but it is worth looking at the topic from another point of view," wrote Tigran Abrahamyan, deputy of the "I have honor" faction of the National Assembly.

There were several main reasons for the fall of Assad's power, but among them I will single out demoralization, which was first of all emphasized in the ranks of the army.
I cannot say exactly how and why the morale was at such a bad level in Syria, but it is a fact that the army built up over the years was disintegrated in a few days.
I talk and write about this a lot, because the vocabulary and approaches of the Armenian government are also steps leading to demoralization, and this was manifested both in the different stages of the 44-day war, and in the days of the Azerbaijani aggression in 2021-22.
It is not important what weapons and fortifications your army possesses, if the morale and psychological state of the troops is at a low level," Tigran Abrahamyan wrote.
