Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated this in an interview with Tucker Carlson, reportsrg.ru:the
"We say no to NATO military bases, military exercises on Ukrainian soil with the participation of foreign troops," Lavrov said, reminding that Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke about this back in the spring of 2022.
"Our position is legal, NATO should not be at our doors," the Russian Foreign Minister added.
