State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin will not be able to take part in a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State in Minsk on Friday due to a positive test for COVID, the State Duma press service told reporters.
“The Chairman of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, did not take part today in the meeting of the Presidential Council for Strategic Development and National Projects... at the end of last week, the State Duma Chairman tested positive for Covid...
