Ukraine is preparing sanctions against the Georgian authorities

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced the preparation of sanctions related to the actions of the current government of Georgia, reports pravda.com.

Zelensky stated that "the current government of Georgia is pushing the country into obvious dependence on Russia." "It's just shameful what they (the Georgian government - ed.) are doing against their own people.

And when Moscow praises this Georgian government, this clearly reveals who they are working for in Tbilisi now and for whom they are dispersing the protests.

"Definitely not for Georgia," he noted. The head of state stated that Kyiv is preparing a "legal response".

"I instructed to prepare relevant sanctions decisions," Zelensky said.
