Kyiv received $98 billion in military aid. Pentagon

The countries of the contact group on the issue of Ukraine have transferred more than 98 billion dollars in military aid to Kyiv.  This was announced by US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin. "I am proud that this contact group has provided more than $98 billion in security assistance to Ukraine since February 2022," Austin said at the opening of the contact group meeting in Brussels. Austin thanked Sweden for major military aid of $1.23 billion, as well as Belgium for its commitment to supply 30 F-16 fighter jets to Kiev by 2028, as well as an additional $1 billion this year. The head of the Pentagon also thanked Spain for its commitment to send more air defense missiles.
