The President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, stated that the presidential institute remains the only legitimate body of power in the country, and it should succeed in holding new parliamentary elections in Georgia.
According to Armenpress, Zurabishvili announced this during a briefing.
Earlier, on December 2, the Constitutional Court of Georgia did not accept the lawsuit of Zurabishvili and 30 politicians who demanded to recognize the parliamentary elections held on October 26 as unconstitutional.
