Based on the contract signed with the Turkish side, the Georgian defense forces received armored personnel carriers of new NATO standards (VURAN). The ceremony of handing over the all-terrain armored vehicles took place in the square of the 4th infantry brigade of Vaziani. The general director of the ASFAT company under the Ministry of National Defense of Turkey came to Georgia to participate in the event.
