On December 2, at 08:38 local time (at 04:38 GMT), the seismological network of the Seismic Protection Territorial Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia registered the geographical coordinates of 41.06⁰ north latitude and 44.27⁰ east longitude from the city of Stepanavan, Armenia. 11 km northwest, 10 km depth of the hearth 3.4 magnitude earthquake.
The strength of the underground shock in the epicentral zone was 4-5 points.
The earthquake was felt in the cities of Stepanavan, Tashir and villages of Metsavan, Katnarat, Privolnoye of Lori marz with a magnitude of 3-4.
