The USA is not considering transferring nuclear weapons to Ukraine. Sullivan

The US is not considering the possibility of transferring nuclear weapons to Ukraine, US President's National Security Assistant Jake Sullivan said on the ABC TV channel.

"It is not under discussion. We are sending various types of conventional weapons to Ukraine so that it can effectively defend itself and fight against Russia, but not nuclear capabilities," he said.

Sullivan added that Washington will try to allocate as many weapons as possible to Kiev during the remaining 50 days of the administration of the current American leader Joe Biden. "President Biden has instructed me to oversee the large increase in military aid to Ukraine, so that all the money allocated by Congress is spent by the time Biden leaves the White House," said the assistant to the US president.
