Arrests of the participants of the protest action continued tonight in Rustaveli avenue. According to the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, 50 people were detained during the night.

In recent days, the total number of those arrested has exceeded 200.

Lawyers report that some of the arrested have been released, while others are in temporary detention facilities or medical facilities.

The arrested are accused of disobeying the police and petty hooliganism.
