Syria is capable of destroying terrorists with the help of allies, Assad said

Syria continues to defend its territorial integrity and is capable of destroying terrorists with the help of friends and allies, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad said in a conversation with UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. According to a statement from the Syrian leader's office, Assad and his Emirati counterpart held a telephone conversation during which they discussed the latest developments in Syria and a number of regional issues.

“President Assad emphasized during the conversation that Syria continues to defend its stability and territorial integrity from all terrorists and those who support them, and is capable, with the help of allies and friends, of defeating and destroying them,” Assad’s office said.
