The solution to the territorial problem with Japan can only be fixation of the existing border with Russia, said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
“We proceed from the fact that the solution to the territorial problem mentioned by the Prime Minister of Japan can only mean the international legal formalization of the de facto existing border with our country,” she said.
