The Israeli Air Force launched strikes on Syrian territory, targeting military facilities associated with the Lebanese Shiite organization "Hezbollah", the press service of the Israel Defense Forces reported.
"The Israeli Air Force carried out a reconnaissance strike on military infrastructure located near the Syrian and Lebanese border checkpoints, which were actively used by Hezbollah to transport weapons from Syria to Lebanon," the statement said entered into force at 2:00 GMT on November 27 (at 6:00 Yerevan time).
US President Joe Biden announced in a video message that both sides accepted the agreement reached through the mediation of the US and France.
