Leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Kim Jong-un and Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov discussed deepening comprehensive strategic partnership in Pyongyang, the Korean Central News Agency reported.
North Korea's leader has condemned the West for allowing Ukraine to launch long-range missile strikes against Russia, saying it was meddling in the conflict. Kim Jong-un expressed his willingness to "further vigorously expand and develop relations between the two countries in all fields, including political, economic and military."
He conveyed warm wishes to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the government, the army and the people and promised that Pyongyang will always be with Moscow.
