The President of Malawi, Lazarus Chakwera, in his address to the country's population, confirmed that Vice President Saulos Chilima died in the plane crash. "Rescuers found the plane, which was completely destroyed as a result of the accident. The vice president and all the people on the plane were killed," Chakwera informed.
