The French opposition has again demanded Macron's resignation

The Invictus France party and its leader Jean-Luc Melenchon once again called for the resignation of the government led by President Emmanuel Macron and Prime Minister Michel Barnier against the background of the budget crisis.

"Barnier's government is living its last minutes, Macron must leave, through impeachment or resignation," the party representing the left opposition said on the social network.

The party's call was personally supported by their leader.

"If the government falls, we already have the name of the prime minister, Lucy Kasten. Let the French decide. But please, put an end to this farce," Mélenchon wrote in X.
