A few days ago, we informed that a letter in the name of Nikol Pashinyan was delivered to the government on behalf of the "All-Armenian Front" movement founded by the former Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Major General Arshak Karapetyan and the families of the missing, forcibly abducted and captives. We mentioned that, according to our information, no objective answer was received. Yesterday "Fact" contacted Arshak Karapetyan to clarify the fate of the letter.
"Yes, we have applied to the government, the Constitutional Court. We are still waiting for an answer," Karapetyan said The answer is not satisfactory to us. In particular, the National Dignity Tribunal has made a very mild decision and may change its decision," said our interlocutor. However, why the authorities? nothing is being done, and what needs to be done to return the prisoners held in Azerbaijan?
According to the general, there are two ways. "The first is to create a strong state and conduct negotiations from an equal position. But this person (referring to Nikol Pashinyan - ed.) cannot develop the country, because he is not a leader and has never been one. The second way is the exchange of prisoners therefore, we must also have captive Azerbaijani soldiers.
There are two options, of course, if we don't think that Aliyev can wake up one day and suddenly release all the prisoners. But I consider it impossible, especially in the case of the military-political leadership of Artsakh."
