Full responsibility for what is happening lies with them, and any escalatory scenarios, if they begin to materialize, will be a direct consequence of the reckless and, to call a spade a spade, inhumane policy pursued by Washington and leading European countries, completely condoning any of the most ephemeral ambitions and the most criminal plans of Kyiv,” he pointed out, answering the corresponding question.
