"The decisions of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Galant are bad news for Ilham Aliyev. What the ICC has accused Israel's fascist leaders, Baku's genocidals carried out with the same and greater success in Artsakh, as well as in the entire territory of Azerbaijan. In particular, in 2022-2023, they used the "war crime of starvation" as a "method of war" against the indigenous Armenian population of Artsakh.
Since the weighty legal precedent has already been created, the Republic of Armenia is simply obliged to pursue the process of punishing the crime of depopulation of Artsakh in international legal courts, first of all in the ICC and the International Court of Justice of the United Nations (ICJ), in order to place Aliyev and his associates in the accused chair and, in parallel, the Artsakh Armenians in order to address the issue of rights restoration.
However, during that time, the Armenian people must find strength in themselves to restore the defense capability of the Republic of Armenia, because the pressures of Azerbaijan will not disappear by themselves in the near future. In any case, abandoning the claims already submitted by RA against Azerbaijan (which has been hinted at recently) will be nothing but state treason.
PS As the previous experience of the ICC shows, the case will not be limited to arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Galant. This will necessarily be followed by new charges and arrest warrants for other members of Israel's military-political leadership. We must strive so that the criminal Aliyev and his minions share their fate as well."
