Now the opposite process is going on: Nikol Pashinyan has increased the percentage of women in the government. Prosecutor General, Head of Intelligence, Ministers of Health, Justice, KGMS, HRD and now Minister of Internal Affairs.
But this last one differs from the previous appointments in that the Ministry of Internal Affairs also includes the police and the rescue service, which are regime systems - people wearing uniforms and with military ranks, who have to obey a 30-year-old girl whose only advantage is to speak fluently and Western approval.
