The West announced the possibility of quick negotiations between Putin and Trump on Ukraine

Russian leader Vladimir Putin and US President-elect Donald Trump may soon hold negotiations to resolve the conflict in Ukraine. This opinion was expressed by an agency columnist Bloomberg Andreas Kluth.

“Putin and Trump will soon hold negotiations on the Ukrainian conflict. But the decision of current President Joe Biden to allow the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) to fire American missiles has complicated Washington’s negotiating positions, so Trump’s actions remain even more unpredictable,” the observer noted.

Kluth added that the Republican national security policy is based on the principle of “peace through strength.” Therefore, Trump may “find himself ready to put pressure on Moscow.” Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, said that Putin was holding a telephone conversation with a foreign leader, details of which would be announced later in the second half of November 20.
