"People". Following the "moving" earnings of Arusik Julhakyan, the author of the thought "Not everything that moves is movement"

"Zhoghovurd" daily writes:

"Deputy of the Communist Party of the National Assembly Arusyak Julhakyan, who tried to make fun of the "Srbazan Movement" by saying: "Not everything that moves is moving", he declared "moving" income. According to his 2023 declaration, 2 people live together with Arusyak Julhakyan, who work at the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia as a lecturer and a laboratory manager. the latter are the parents of the KP MP.

The deputy did not declare real estate and any means of transport. However, from the financial report submitted as of December 31 of the reporting year, we learn that Julhakyan has an apartment with a mortgage, the principal balance of which was 25 million 933 thousand AMD. The apartment is located in Arabkir administrative district, on Mamikonyants street, for paying off the principal amount, the CP deputy received 2 million 71 thousand drams from the RA Ministry of Finance. Julhakyan's debt and other securities amounted to 20 million 10 thousand drams.

The balances of his bank accounts amounted to 6 million drams, cash funds increased from 9 thousand US dollars to 7 thousand drams, in the event that the deputy did not present any expenses in his own declaration. It should be noted that Julhakyan, who traveled the most during the year with state or other means, although he did not spend in 1 year, his annual income was 21 million 546 thousand drams, of which only 10 million 480 thousand is the salary given by the staff of the National Assembly. Almost 9 million drams of the income they are just loans from "Armswissbank", "Armeconombank" and "Inecobank". It is not clear why Arusyak Julhakyan, who has almost no property of his own, took so many loans.

Let us also add that although there is no fact in Arusyak Julhakyan's statement, she is the civil wife of former BTA Deputy Minister Avet Poghosyan. And Avet Poghosyan, who was released from the post of deputy minister and, having no authority in the field of journalism, became a member of the National Committee of the People's Republic of Armenia by the choice of the CP deputies, had defeated an entire space development strategy. In particular, Poghosyan failed the process of ensuring the flight of the Armenian satellite and the results, although he publicly denies this.
