The contract does not specify who the rest service is intended for, but it is written in plain Armenian that it includes 35 rooms, 3 meals a day, and the duration of the rest is 4 nights, 5 days. after listening to the question, he informed us that the relevant department will contact us. After a while, they called us, hearing our question about who the recreation is intended for, the employee, who did not show up, said: "It is for 70 vulnerable people in the community."

A little later, Vardan Baghdasaryan, the head of social support and healthcare affairs department of Metsamor municipality, contacted us, who mentioned in a conversation with Euromedia24.com that the 70 people included elderly people, family members of the victims. In response to our question, how did you choose? to the needy, Baghdasaryan answered: "There was a discussion, the administrative leaders chose, the needy, who barely support themselves with their modest incomes, will benefit from the program."
And where will they rest? Baghdasaryan said that the rest will be organized in Aghveran. In fact, on the eve of winter, the Metsamor municipality, instead of trying to ease the household problems of the needy, directs them to rest.
