"Hraparak Daily" writes: During a briefing with journalists after the last government session, Nikol Pashinyan responded in a calm and non-violent manner to the question about the employees of the law enforcement agencies, threatening that he would find those who were giving "kickbacks" to the former and dismiss them from their jobs. He said that the former have their own people in the law enforcement system, including among the judges. According to Pashinyan, the opposition has sources in the NSS, from where they "slept" that they would come to Levon Kocharyan's house, and that is why the children had written on the poster "Welcome to the NSS and the Investigative Committee" and were waiting for the law enforcement officers, that is, the Kocharyans were aware of the NSS's arrival in advance. Let us recall that on that day, opposition MP Agnesa Khamoyan also published a video, writing:
"When do you know that sooner or later they will come? This is how President Kocharyan's grandchildren greeted the NSS Alpha and investigators this morning." That video and the fact that the children were at home and were present at that whole shameful scene clearly did not please Pashinyan, and in the briefing he not only condemned the children's parents for not taking their children to their grandparents', neighbors' or friends' houses, but was also angry that his order to break into and search the deputy's house was not a surprise. And he wrote indignant texts addressed to law enforcement officers that they must find the employees who leaked information, whom he "does not envy", otherwise "there will be mass dismissals", he threatened: "Who calls Robert Kocharyan in the middle of the night, tells him that, you know what, they will come to search your house.
We will find those who gave that utechka, and I do not envy what will happen to them. If those names and evidence do not come out, I say straight out that there will be mass dismissals in the part of the law enforcement system that is within my sphere of decision-making. Oh, don’t say mass, I will enter the building, whoever comes out in front of me, I will give the order, I will dismiss. I threaten, I threaten terribly, severely,” the head of state was declaring, trampling the law. We tried to find out from our sources in law enforcement agencies and the NSS how they perceived these “scams.” Our sources report that Pashinyan’s anger and outburst are not due to the “utechka” regarding Kocharyan, but to the fact that a wave of unrest has risen in the NSS due to Pashinyan’s legal “unprecedentedness” towards his former colleagues and their families. Many employees have begun to express that red lines cannot be crossed, this is already “unreasonable”, after all, Pashinyan’s family is not eternal, and they want to stay and live in this country, even after Pashinyan.
But now they receive and carry out such orders that even their own family and relatives will not forgive them later, and in this case, even wearing masks and hiding under orders will not save them. They say that Nikol Pashinyan is a “suicide bomber” who has violated all possible laws, but why should we become his accomplices, what is our interest? These whispers, according to our source, have reached Pashinyan, and it is no coincidence that he is threatening mass layoffs, that is, he is making it clear that all rebels who try to oppose his orders will be fired.
