"Hraparak" writes: Today, September 2, on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of Artsakh's independence, Artsakh's political figures organized events, first a visit to Yerablur, then a gathering of parliamentary forces at the Artsakh representation, and in the evening a cultural program is expected in the courtyard of the Artsakh representation building.
Although there is no particular occasion to celebrate, the Artsakh political elite is eagerly awaiting today, as they will finally be able to gather in one place and hope that they will be able to hold the deputies of the political majority, the "Free Homeland", accountable and force them to fill the positions of Artsakh's President and NA Speaker.
Let us recall that Artsakh's NA Speaker Ashot Danielyan submitted his resignation on July 2. Danielyan had assumed the post of Artsakh's NA Speaker on May 21, 2025, replacing Davit Ishkhanyan, who was captured in Baku. Exactly two months after Danielyan's resignation, that position is vacant, no force dares to assume responsibility, because the Armenian authorities, led by Pashinyan, are against the continuation of the activities of Artsakh's state institutions, they don't even dare to gather to discuss the issue. Such attempts have been made, but no one has shown up for the meeting.
