According to our information, he is in search of a position and is trying to understand at various levels what position he can occupy in the healthcare system.
According to information circulating in government circles, the issue of Hakobyan’s dismissal has been discussed for some time. Among the reasons are his working relations and disagreements with the heads of various medical institutions. According to our sources, his conflicting style of work has periodically become a cause for dissatisfaction and internal discussions.
However, what is noteworthy here is that dismissal does not yet mean removal from the healthcare system. According to our information, Hakobyan continues to try to find a position.
On the other hand, the return of Lena Nanushyan has caused a big stir in the healthcare system. As ArmLur previously reported, Nikol Pashinyan dismissed her from the post of deputy minister, but shortly after, Nanushyan was reappointed.
This decision is being interpreted differently within government circles. According to our information, a number of representatives of the healthcare system were surprised by this reassignment and did not understand what had changed since the dismissal, that Nanushyan had returned to the same position.
It is especially noteworthy that during the same period, Armen Gasparyan was dismissed. According to our sources, this decision has raised the most questions among representatives of the sector.
“How can a staff member be kept in the system, whose work is questionable, while a specialist who knows the field well be dismissed?” is the logic behind the questions being raised in the healthcare system.

However, government circles do not rule out that all this is not yet final. Nikol Pashinyan continues to search for new staff, and new changes may occur in the healthcare system in the near future.
That is, Gasparyan's dismissal, Nanushyan's return, and Hakobyan's attempts to stay in the system may not be separate episodes, but part of a large personnel reorganization in the healthcare sector that has not yet been completed.
It remains only to understand who the Prime Minister will finally entrust with the management of the healthcare system and whether the next personnel changes will become a solution or simply begin a new phase.
