The Food Safety Inspection Body conducted a control measure at the “Royal Food” public catering facility (Yerevan, Tbilisyan 22/7), owned by “Healthy Food 2023” LLC, during which violations of sanitary and hygienic standards were found.
In particular:
- the floor surface of the catering facility was partially damaged and required repair,
- the kitchen walls did not have a flat surface, were not kept in good condition, there were irregularities and holes,
- the ceilings were in poor condition, which did not prevent the accumulation of dirt, the growth of mold and the possibility of particles falling out.
The production activities of the public catering facility were suspended, the economic operator was instructed to take the necessary measures and bring the catering facility into compliance with the requirements established by law. A deadline has been set for the elimination of violations.
