"Hraparak" writes: This year, Artik Primary School No. 2 will not open its doors to students. Construction works that started in the fall of 2021 are still underway. The person responsible for the construction is the Territorial Development Fund of Armenia, from which, in response to our written request, they reported that the deadline for the school's construction works has been set for November 30, 2026.
"Construction works are in the final stage. The school will be put into operation by the construction site acceptance committee, after completing the works aimed at accepting the site, within the specified period." By the way, the specified deadline for the school's construction works was initially 2024, later the deadline was extended several times, since, according to the fund, the previous contractor was found to be irresponsible, and during the process the company implementing the construction and the deadline for the construction works changed.
Currently, the construction is being carried out by the companies "GTS CONSTRUCTION" and "AZURIT", and the contract value is almost 1.5 billion drams (1 billion 498 million 775 thousand 95 drams).
