"Zhoghovurd" daily writes: According to the exclusive information of "Zhoghovurd" daily, RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia Gurgen Arsenyan will not continue his post in Moscow. Nikol Pashinyan has decided to recall him, and our official sources assure us that the decision is irreversible.
It is not yet clear who will replace Arsenyan. according to our information, there is not even a clear candidate at the moment.
Nikol Pashinyan is dissatisfied with Arsenyan's work, because he will not be able to achieve the settlement of the tense Armenian-Russian relations. Meanwhile, it is a fact that Pashinyan himself is not able to regulate relations with Vladimir Putin. One of the most striking aspects of it is that the Russian President did not even congratulate Pashinyan after the parliamentary elections.
"Zhoghovurd" daily tried to get an official clarification regarding Arsenyan's recall. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed us that the issue is not in their domain, directing us to contact the staff of the President of the Republic. The presidential office offered to address the issue to the Government. The spokesperson of the Prime Minister did not officially answer our question during the whole day yesterday.
However, in the official "circle", our official sources claim that Gurgen Arsenyan's recall is already an irreversible reality.
