As we reported, 14-year-old Vahe Apikyan, who is a clerk in St. Sargis Church in Yerevan, on 29.07.2026. had left the house in the morning without informing anyone and had not taken any belongings except the church uniform.
He disappeared leaving a note saying that he renounced the worldly life and wanted to become a hermit.
Later it became known that around 14:45 the police and citizens found Vahe Apikyan in Garni.
Vahe gave details of the incident while talking to journalists.
