In the framework of the control carried out by the RA Food Safety Inspection Authority in the dairy factory owned by individual entrepreneur Vardan Voskanyan (Yerevan, Deghhoyan street), a sample of the existing product was taken and submitted for laboratory testing. This is reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
As a result of tests, it was found that dangerous food was produced. The sample of the "Oscan" curd product, with the indicator of ASCHM (intestinal yeast group bacteria), did not comply with the safety and food hygiene requirements set by the legal acts of the food safety sector.
By the decision of the head of the inspection body, a separate function of the production activity of the dairy factory, the production of "Oscan" curd product, was suspended.
A deadline has been set to resolve the reported non-compliance.
